Caring For Your Jewellery:

Our jewellery is made from high quality materials so they can be worn everyday, without tarnishing, irritating or staining the skin.

we use 18K Gold Plated & 925 Sterling Silver.

Although 18K Gold Plated & Sterling Silver jewellery does not tarnish or react with your skin, we recommend for best protection and longevity of your pieces you should remove them before you shower and sleep. We also recommend not to use any creams or perfumes on your jewellery as this can break down the plating over time. 

We also stock a lot of pave pieces, Gloss Studios is known as “the home of pave” as we love sparkles. However, with these items if you expose them to water, perfumes or lotions the Zirconia Stones can dull and become foggy looking. To prevent this, always remove your jewellery pieces with Zirconia Stones in before showering, washing your hands & applying lotion or perfumes. 

When not wearing your Gloss Studios jewellery, we recommend you store your items neatly and separately in a jewellery box. This stops items becoming tangled or scratched.

To clean your jewellery use a soft, non abrasive cloth. This will maintain your item & give it a beautiful shine. 

 

Shipping:

We have two different shipping options:

Express shipping: 1-3 days ~ £2.99

Standard shipping: 3-5 days ~ £1.99

we aim to package and post your items within 24 hours of your order being placed. However, this is Monday-Friday only. Any orders placed from 3PM Friday will be sent on the following Monday.

International shipping: dependant on country but can be 1-2 weeks

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received and shipped.

We are based in the UK but ship worldwide. 

Gift Cards 

Gift cards will have a unique reference on the back of the card. 

Type this code in at checkout to redeem.

Full amount of the gift card has to be used for 1 order.

Gift card can only be spent on full price items.

Returns and Refunds:

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on our earrings. If you receive a pair of earrings that are faulty, we can send you a new pair out (based on stock) or we can refund you, once we have received the damaged pair back. You as the customer will be liable for postage costs on returning the items to Gloss Studios.

However, if you receive a ring or a necklace that you’re not happy with, we can arrange a return & for store credit to be given. Store credit must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date. 

If you have any issues with your order please email us within 7 days of receiving your items.
